Jesus said - "I tell you that the truth, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born of water and Spirit."
The phrase "born again" literally means "born from above". New birth, being born again, is an act of God whereby eternal life is imparted to the person who believes. Being born again also carries the idea of "becoming children of God" through trust in the name of Jesus Christ.

John 3:16 ”For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life"
Jesus Loves you! It may be difficult to believe Jesus loves you because of other people who have let you down in the past. However, Jesus is unlike any other person' He is God in human form (John 1:14). Jesus already knows your past and still offers you eternal life and forgiveness. We are all infected with sin (Romans 3:23). We are born with sin (Psalm 51:5), and we all personally choose to sin (Ecclesiastes 7:20; 1 John 1:8). Sin is what makes us unsaved. Sin is what separates us from God. Sin is what has us on the path to eternal destruction.
