Don’t wait for your feelings to change to take the action. Take the action and your feelings will change.
Hey everyone! I just wanted to spread some encouragement to you today! I know some days are hard, we don't feel like doing much, we don't feel like being friendly or socializing, we feel defeated and that's ok. It's ok to have down days, just don't unpack and stay there.

If you want to make a permanent change, stop focusing on the size of your problems and start focusing on the size of you! You were created to do great things my friends! That doesn't mean you have to be rich and famous, have an amazing career to be successful or be the most attractive person to amount to anything. Remember, society has created an image of what we are supposed to do and look like, we do not have to fit inside their mold and that's a good thing! It doesn't matter what you do today, all that matters is you're not giving up. Take a deep breath, slow down and pick at least 1 or 2 things you are truly grateful for. There are so many people today who go without and would be thankful for the smallest amount. Don't feel like you're going unnoticed, the smallest gesture goes a long way and you never know who's life you're impacting. We will encounter people who are rude and difficult to deal with but remember, how they treat you is a reflection of them, not you. You can't control how others act but we can control how we respond to them. We can't take things too personal, everyone is fighting their own battles.
You are YOU and that's something no one can take away or compete with. We all have our own strengths but we also have weaknesses but don't allow that to stop you from enjoying this moment you're in right now. We are blessed with another day my friend! Another day to start over and do things differently, take a moment to decompress and let out your frustration but let's not unpack and stay there. Let's recoup and try this day again, together. I love you, God loves you.
